Shayan Hamidi is the founder and CEO of Rechat, an AI-powered app that looks to simplify and personalize the real estate experience for agents and consumers alike.

In 2024, Hamidi led Rechat to a major milestone with the launch of Lucy, an AI copilot integrated into the platform. The advanced AI tool enables agents to execute complex tasks at scale, reducing the need for manual tasks to free up valuable time. Under his leadership, Rechat’s user base and revenue saw triple-digit increases in new clients and double-digit growth in company headcount.

Rechat’s innovative use of AI and its close relationship with AI framework software Langchain led to an invitation to speak at the AI Engineer World Fair in San Francisco. Hamidi says his strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Skyslope, Realscout and Union Street Media have strengthened Rechat’s capabilities and positioned it for continued success.
