The Flagler County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR) has signed a multi-year agreement naming SentriLock as their exclusive electronic lockbox system provider.
Florida Realtors have been asking for SentriLock services for years. The system, which is the official provider of lockboxes to the National Association of Realtors, uses an exclusive smartcard to serve as the lockbox key and data storage of the property showing activity. FCAR agents will be able to generate more property showings, equating to quicker sales and potentially higher sales prices.
