Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS® and The Trident Group recently held their Sixth Annual Backpack Drive, which surpassed any past collections with the final numbers at 1108 fully-loaded backpacks collected.

“Having our largest backpack drive to date really speaks volumes for PFR/T and the communities we continue to serve,” says Kassie Aungst, Director of Fox & Roach Charities. Since 2006, the company has collected over 4500 backpacks and supplies for homeless/foster care children in the Tri-State.

Fox & Roach Charities, a charitable foundation sponsored by Prudential Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, coordinated this project with the company’s sales associates and employees and partnered with Five Below, L&J Moving and Storage, Cradles to Crayons, (C2C), a non-profit organization that provides, free of charge, the basic necessities to children living in poor and low-income families. Backpacks were collected and distributed by Cradles to Crayons to children in need throughout the Tri-State area. Pennsylvania Offices collected 650 backpacks to be distributed to more than 180 non-profits in all 5 counties including Northern Home for Children, Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern PA, Women Against Abuse, Carson Valley Children’s Aid, Maternity Care Coalition, Turning Points for Children, Gesu School, Pathways, Family Services, Easter Seals, Center for Autism, ACHIEVEability, Laurel House, Childrens Crisis Treatment Center, and Project HOME.

New Jersey offices collected 374 backpacks that will be distributed by Cradles to Crayons to the New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services. Delaware Offices backpacks will be distributed to West End Neighborhood House, and Prudential Patt, White Premier backpacks will be distributed to Volunteers of America Children’s Center in Allentown.
