Leading Multifamily Marketing Resource Provides Solutions through Client Success Stories

For Rent Media Solutions (FRMS)™, a leading multifamily marketing resource providing solutions for customers nationwide, has launched a national campaign, kicking off at the 2014 National Apartment Association Education Conference and Exposition in Denver, Colorado. From this message, FRMS customers and industry professionals alike can learn how multifamily leaders overcame marketing challenges with FRMS tools that helped them succeed.

The free For Rent Media Solutions 2014 Customer Success Book  was created for customers to share their accomplishments while gaining valuable insight into the multifamily industry. Providing the stories of FRMS customers from Colorado to Texas to Georgia, this campaign will highlight their marketing challenges and the unique strategies that help them achieve success. From increasing occupancy rates and social media qualms to promotion challenges and low-quality traffic, FRMS has more than 400 account representatives listening to the marketing challenges that customers face, and delivering innovative solutions to overcome them. The new campaign includes not only a digital book available for download, but also a video component and complementary case studies.

FRMS executives and employees attended the NAA Capital Conference in Washington, D.C., the AIM Conference in Huntington Beach, California, and the National Association of Real Estate Editors Spring Conference in Houston, Texas, just to name a recent few.
