Century 21 Beal, Inc. recently announced that agent Raylene Lewis was recognized with the coveted 2014 Century 21® Producer Technology Award. The Century 21 Producer Technology Award is presented to one independent sales associate each year in the Century 21 System of more than 101,000 affiliated agents who focuses on technology to better serve real estate consumers, and to grow his or her business. Lewis accepted the award at the 2015 “Unlock Your Full Potential” Century 21 Global Conference in Washington, DC last month.

“Raylene does a remarkable job of reaching today’s real estate consumers exactly when and where they prefer,” says Rick Davidson, president & CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “She is a great example for all C21® System members of utilizing technology in a way that not only benefits her business, but her clients as well.”

Lewis takes a very personal approach when it comes to her social media strategy, regularly sharing engaging content on networks like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube including such posts as humorous photos of things she finds along her real estate adventures. Taking a personal, friendly approach enables Lewis to connect with new clients as well as stay in touch with previous ones.

“Technology may seem overwhelming at first, but it can truly make your clients’ lives easier, and you’ll come out looking more professional in the process,” says Lewis. “The beauty of technology is that you can start by trying just one thing. There are so many options today that if something doesn’t work, you can drop it and try something else.”

With the motto, “Get Ready to Move,” Lewis has a five-star Quality Service Survey ranking on C21.com with 435 ratings. In addition, her personal website is a great asset in her technology portfolio, allowing local vendors to advertise on her site to provide buyers and sellers with centralized access to local goods and services.

“I’ve learned that using technology can help you show your value to a potential customer and,  hopefully, turn that customer into a recurring client,” adds Lewis.
