Alex Montalenti

Alex Montalenti is the co-founder of Real Grader, his latest real estate technology startup. Under his leadership, the company grew by more than 151% in a year.

Montalenti owns and operates five businesses related to real estate and tourism that serve more than two million people. He is also a real estate technology coach and international speaker.

In 2023, NAR Reach selected Real Grader as one of the eight companies for its accelerator, and Real Grader formed partnerships with other brokerages and real estate industry groups. In addition, Montalenti was chosen as a finalist for the iOi Summit Pitch Battle, and he won the Miami Association pitch battle.
