Ashley Dane quietly helped improve the operations of tens of thousands of agents in 2023. She recognizes the importance of a more efficient and interconnected MLS network and has actively worked towards this goal. Her advocacy efforts have gained momentum, generating support for much-needed changes in the MLS landscape.

She has also made significant contributions as a female leader in the real estate technology landscape, advancing the industry, impacting change, and promoting diversity and inclusion. In 2023, Dane was the lynchpin that unified all RE/MAX associates in the country onto the same technology platform for the first time in history. Additionally, she successfully created a path to improve the operations of every RE/MAX agent in the network.

She was a keynote speaker on AI in Real Estate at the Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS® Hackathon and statewide Tech Tour. Through her thoughtful and engaging presentations, Dane has inspired countless professionals to embrace AI and maximize its potential within the real estate industry.
