At the start of 2022, Bondilyn Jolly led the entire Elm Street re-brand initiative, including reimagining 13 business units under the corporate umbrella. Her visualization of a cohesive corporate storyline that focused on ‘people-first’ resonated with the real estate community, leading Elm Street to become one of the most sought-after and recognized real estate tech companies.

Throughout 2022, Jolly also worked hand-in-hand with many of the top brokerages in the nation to develop, execute and analyze high-level marketing campaigns focused on various business growth initiatives such as recruitment and retention, M&A, and referral and relocation. In August 2022, Jolly launched a new marketing consultancy, b.collective, where she’s brought together a team of top business thought-leaders, consultants and marketing experts to tackle top challenges in today’s evolving market.
