Bryan Brooks takes expansion of the HomeSmart franchise seriously. During 2022, the company onboarded 22 new branch offices, including new presences in Arlington and Dallas-Fort Worth. The crown jewel of this expansion was HomeSmart’s acquisition of Champion Real Estate Group, which brought their nationwide network up to nearly 25,000 agents total and 200 locations across more than 40 states.

I’m excited to lead HomeSmart into new states, and I am proud to spearhead the company’s growth initiatives through franchise sales, mergers and acquisitions. It is my goal to get us to all 50 states so we can help even more brokers, agents and homebuyers and sellers across the country!”
