Northrop Realty has done more than $3 billion in sales in the Delmarva area, cultivated 32 new teams and developed innovative marketing methods that revolutionize the traditional brokerage model.</p>
<p>During the pandemic, while most companies moved away from in-person operations, Northrop Realty built “community centers” to provide agents and clients with critical resources to take the stress out of the process of buying and selling a home. The company also introduced NorthropU, an internal continuing education program.</p>
