Dave Gervase

Newly-appointed president-elect of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, Dave Gervase is a pillar of inspiration in his community. After his 20-year tenure in the industry, he has been recognized for his work with Pet Rescue, leading the efforts to stock the shelves at Poverello, the local HIV/AIDS Food Pantry, and heading the Keller Williams AIDS Walk Florida Team. “I am beyond proud and honored to represent the LGBTQ+ community in the fight to end housing discrimination in my role at The Alliance,” says Gervase.

“The Initiative has a synergistic mission to create equity in homeownership in the gay community as well as raise money to help get LGBTQ+ homeless youth into safe housing.” Additionally, he is the founding member and president of the 2022 LGTBQ+ Real Estate Alliance, continuing his efforts in the LGBTQ+ real estate community.
