Heidi Henning

Heidi Henning is responsible for directing and overseeing the long-term strategy and execution of large annual conferences and events. In 2021, she pivoted all of the National Association of REALTORS®’ events to virtual offerings. 

When it was possible to return to hosting live events, Henning created and implemented a series of safety protocols. She also engaged with members on a far-reaching modernization project for the REALTORS® Conference & Expo. That included new initiatives, such as an opening reception that focused on helping attendees forge connections, daily general sessions, thought leadership opportunities, specific programs for first-time attendees, and the Town Square, a central networking hub.

“I am committed to continuously evolving how our members connect, learn and improve their business through NAR events—from increasing member engagement with virtual opportunities to providing personalized value through the modernization of our conference,” says Henning.
