Judi Nield

Judi Nield used energetic, motivating and content-rich videos to help agents get back to basics and back to business in 2021. Her “Marketing Minutes with Judi” guided agents through income-producing and lead-generating tech to help them increase production.

Nield and her team launched Legacy Real Estate & Associates’ new intranet, two mobile apps and behavioral automation text/email campaigns. Nield played an integral role in the launch of the company’s virtual education center, as well as several other company programs, including an agent recruiting campaign that generated 160 new agent leads in just six months. She also designed and deployed community outreach materials to help agents safely and efficiently connect consumers to properties using Facebook, FaceTime, Zoom and Google Meet.
