While 2023 was a challenging year for real estate, Jay Luebke oversaw franchise growth for ERA. He onboarded 10 new affiliates to the franchise network, representing nearly 250 agents and brokers, while guiding mergers and acquisitions of four existing affiliates.

“The first year really is critical to the success of partnering with a brand,” says Luebke. “I’ve had the unique opportunity to help many of our new companies learn about what’s available through our partnership, take advantage of and implement the tools and resources they have at their fingertips, and see success in their growth. Building the relationships with some of these incredible owners and watching them take off truly is rewarding. I love the opportunity to travel and be with our brokers and their agents, because there’s honestly no place like ERA. The people are so incredibly connected, and will travel to support each other through good times and bad.
