Katrina Helmkamp led Cartus to a post-pandemic rebound in 2022, with roughly 40% year-over-year increases in relocation initiations in the first half of the year. With more than 25 points in client excellence scores for technology and 23-plus points in client excellence scores for overall service since 2018, Cartus was on pace at press time to capture an all-time high in revenues from client service expansions in 2022.
