That’s why Kelly Stipa had a banner year in 2021—not through any gimmick or convoluted strategy, but simply by putting the work in every day. A constant energetic presence to her colleagues and those she mentors at Springer Realty Group, Stipa closed 37 transactions in different states this past year. Against the challenges of both an unpredictable market and a pandemic, these victories were built with pure persistence and dedication.
Stipa recalls one particular couple, who she guided through nine offers before eventually celebrating their dream of homeownership with them.
