Kevin Levent worked to foster Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers’ culture in 2021 by strategically restarting in-office meetings and providing full student and agent training. He believes that the human connections between staff and agents are essential, which is why the move from isolation to repopulation was so important.
