Lisa Nguyen

Throughout 2023, Lisa Nguyen has been a true champion for fair housing, consistently demonstrating her unwavering commitment to equal opportunity for all. She is an advocate for affordable housing and homeownership for all, dedicated to creating a more equitable housing landscape and positively impact countless lives. This was showcased in her active involvement and selection as a spokesperson by the Colorado Association of REALTORS® (CAR) to address critical issues concerning potential rent control in the state. Her resolute voice, combined with the efforts of numerous passionate individuals, played a pivotal role in preventing the signing of the rent control bill.

Nguyen was also the first Asian woman to receive the statewide CAR Diversity Award in October 2023. Additionally, she served as the 2023 Greater Denver Chapter president of AREAA, an executive board member of the Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, 2023 Chair of the Diversity Alliance Committee and vice chair of the 2023 National Affordable Housing Task Force.
