Lori Lane serves as president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties’ New Homes Division and senior vice president of luxury and global. She works with several of Greater Atlanta’s most respected builders and developers, and represents 30 or more new construction communities in 13 counties at any given time.

In 2024, the New Homes Division received a record-breaking 30 OBIE awards from the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. Lane was also repeatedly recognized for her contributions to the industry.

“The most fulfilling aspect of my career has been the relationships I’ve cultivated with my team and our builders,” says Lane. “As president of the New Homes Division, I take great pride in overseeing the journey of a new home community—from the initial land development to selecting floor plans, features and amenities, all the way to watching families thrive in the neighborhoods we’ve created.

“As the broker of the New Homes Division, I also cherish the opportunity to mentor our new home sales associates, who have become like family to me over the years,” she adds. “Celebrating their milestones and accomplishments fills me with joy, as I know that our collective efforts drive us toward our shared goals.”
