In 2021, M. Ryan Gorman worked to expand Coldwell Banker’s Inclusive Ownership program, which promotes diversity and provides opportunities for groups who are underrepresented in real estate through financial incentives and mentorship. The program includes 18 affiliated companies and was honored with PRovoke Media’s 2021 SABRE Award for the Real Estate & Construction category.
Gorman became recognized as an authority on the real estate industry in 2021 and received invitations from major broadcast programs. He also led charitable giving through Coldwell Banker’s partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®.
