Ryan Davis

As vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), Ryan Davis has become the go-to for strategy and guidance for more than 1.5 million members across 13 regions, as well as more than 1,100 state and local REALTOR® associations.

In 2023, he led the DEI training for the National Association of REALTORS®’ elected and appointed officers—the association’s highest-ranking members. He also guided the diversity committee as they presented a now-approved motion to require the board of directors to complete three DEI and fair housing courses as a condition of service in 2024 and qualification in 2025.

“It is rewarding being able to regularly facilitate discussion among leaders that inspires them to think more deeply about their worldview, improve their interpersonal competencies, and take practical steps toward reimagining organizations and systems that ultimately engender greater diversity, equity and inclusion,” says Davis.
