Shelley Zavitz, a broker with Dwell Realty and author of “Your First 365 Days in Real Estate,” uses her experience and success to help new agents understand their journey from their first day. Her book has guided real estate agents through what is expected in their first year in business and how to be successful in their career.
In 2020, Zavitz launched NA365 Missions, with the goal of having 12 experts from across the country help new agents build a successful business via an educational 12-week course. With a focus on accessibility and affordability, it is her mission that this course teach new agents the blueprint for success—and how to avoid mistakes.
“It is in every real estate agent’s power to decide whether or not we will operate our businesses from a position of value and humanity for our client,” says Zavitz. “Otherwise, we are no different than a button on a computer.”
