Houlihan Lawrence

A seasoned real estate leader with over three decades of industry experience, Liz Nunan is known as a visionary, down-to-earth and compassionate leader who is admired for her commitment to driving growth.

Since taking the helm of Houlihan Lawrence in 2019, Nunan’s years of leadership have been marked by a commitment to giving back to the communities where the company does business. 2023 marks the third anniversary of Houlihan Lawrence’s Humanitarian Award, which was established by Nunan to recognize an employee or agent who has made an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work and fundraising.

In August 2023, Nunan worked to continue the company’s business growth by announcing the company’s expansion into Columbia County, New York with the opening of a new sales office in Hudson, New York. Additionally, in a newly-formed partnership spearheaded by Nunan, the company will be the inaugural sponsor of Pickleball America’s Houlihan Lawrence Work Lounge, an opportunity to further increase the brand’s visibility in Connecticut.

“The most rewarding part of my career is the incredible professionals I have the opportunity to work with every day,” says Nunan. “At Houlihan Lawrence, our motto is “in with the best,” and I can honestly say the brokerage wouldn’t be the market leader it is today without our dedicated team of agents and employees. It’s an honor to help empower our sales associates with the support, technology and resources they need to exceed the expectations of homebuyers and sellers north of New York City. I’m also incredibly proud of the non-profit and philanthropic work Houlihan Lawrence does to support the communities we serve.”
