Stacey Onnen, president of U.S. brokerage operations for eXp Realty, is responsible for ensuring systems and processes are efficient for company growth and expansion.
In January 2020, she was tasked with improving the payment processing system for eXp’s agents, now numbering over 35,000. Because of her hard work, she was able to greatly improve agents’ net promoter score from 30 to 80 by the third quarter, all while handling the company’s largest value in their history.
“I’m thrilled to lead an incredibly effective and efficient remote workforce that truly understands customer service and the needs of the agents,” says Onnen, who has successfully managed a large, newly remote workforce.
In addition to these successes, Onnen is leading the development of a transaction coordination platform created to help with in-house handling of agent files starting in 2021.
