Appointed president and CEO of the Realogy Franchise Group in 2020, Sue Yannaccone launched the What Moves Her™ initiative in January of that year. This initiative was created to help women in the real estate industry develop their leadership abilities and fully realize their professional development goals. What Moves Her features a national event series for women to explore their motivation and grow their professional network.
Because of COVID-19, Yannaccone shifted the series to a virtual monthly offering, engaging thousands of attendees in conversations with industry leaders and topic experts. She leads each session, tackling topics relevant to the current climate, including resilient leadership, overcoming obstacles, increasing emotional IQ, business planning and more.
“I am proud that the series is helping women and real estate colleagues take stock of what is most important to them in realizing their dreams and full potential as real estate professionals, while providing support as they care for their loved ones and their community,” she says.
