Tania Moore is a founding member of Wilkinson ERA Real Estate’s BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Action Committee. The group adopted a set of core company values and an action plan to provide minorities with expanded career opportunities and a pathway to homeownership. All staff members and relocation team members are required to take NAR’s Implicit Bias Training, and new agents take ERA’s Promise of Fair Housing courses.

“I think one word that sums up 2021 for the real estate industry is, competition,” Moore says. “The pandemic is not yet a thing of the past–we are learning how to live with a virus that doesn’t seem to be going away any time soon. These factors together demonstrate the need for today’s real estate company to be agile in order to compete and succeed.
