Tania Moore is a founding member of Wilkinson ERA Real Estate’s BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Action Committee. The group adopted a set of core company values and an action plan to provide minorities with expanded career opportunities and a pathway to homeownership. All staff members and relocation team members are required to take NAR’s Implicit Bias Training, and new agents take ERA’s Promise of Fair Housing courses.
