Victor Lund

Victor Lund is a founding partner of WAV Group, a consulting and research firm that delivers services to brokerages, associations, MLSs and the technology firms that serve them. In addition to his consulting role with WAV Group, Lund is a founder and CEO of media company RE Technology, advisor to Upstream and manager for the Broker Public Portal (BPP).

BPP is a collaborative venture between real estate brokerages and MLSs to create a national consumer home search experience that connects home searchers directly with the listing agent. In 2019, BPP reached a milestone of 1 million subscribers.

“What started as a dream to deliver an alternative to the advertising search portals by a handful of brokers and MLSs has emerged as the industry’s biggest stick at beating back the impact of disruptors,” says Lund.

Lund founded WAV Group with his partners in 2004. Previously, he and partner Marilyn Wilson operated Wilson Victor Associates. This business-consulting firm served clients in the areas of new business and product development before being joined by Michael Audet. Lund was also an associate with the venture capital firm Resource Capitalist, LLC, leading the business plan review team and working closely with entrepreneurs and tech startups in developing and funding their businesses. He helps power the success of some of the most influential figures in the industry, which rely on his insight to make strategic decisions.
