Day after day, Wendy Forsythe leads the growth and expansion of the Fathom brand. In 2021, she was instrumental in the acquisitions of two real estate companies, a mortgage company, an insurance company and two technology companies, all while expanding the brand presence across the country into several new states. In addition to achieving a transaction growth rate YoY of 74%, Fathom saw a revenue growth rate of 118% and a growing agent count of 53% by the end of the year.
Forsythe has also contributed and spoke at many industry events throughout the year, and was even appointed to the leadership team of the newly formed Broker Resource Network. “Change is happening faster than ever and yet too slowly all at the same time,” says Forsythe. “We have a tremendous opportunity right now to lead our industry from within to innovate, change and provide our customers with a better real estate experience.”
