As Opendoor’s head of partnerships, Will Holmes oversees product strategy, growth and enablement for Opendoor’s partnerships with agents, online real estate platforms and residential construction builders. Since taking on the role in April 2023, he has managed three teams of over 50 people and led the company’s partnerships organization to contribute 40% of Opendoor’s overall contract volume in the second quarter of 2023 alone, a 78% sequential increase.
In 2023, Holmes led the expansion of Agent Access, a loyalty program that helps agents grow their earnings through repeat transactions with Opendoor, and provides training and content to invest in their own personal development. He improved the program by expanding loyalty point offerings to agents representing buyers purchasing Opendoor-owned homes, in addition to seller representation.
