Southeast Alaska MLS Signs on to Paragon MLS v3.0

RISMEDIA, April 25, 2007-Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions MLS Systems and Solutions group, a division of Fidelity National Financial, Inc., a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, announced the 200th integration with the company's Paragon 3 MLS platform. Southeast Alaska MLS, a 35-year-old MLS organization based in Juneau, Alaska with more than 100 member offices, recently made the decision to make Paragon 3 its system of choice, making it the 200th MLS organization to integrate the powerful platform into its operation.

Paragon 3 continues to be the most relied-upon technology in the MLS industry, handling over half the nation's real estate listings and providing a single MLS solution to more organizations than any other MLS vendor. In addition to the 200 MLS organizations currently utilizing the Paragon 3 platform, another 25 MLS organizations have made Paragon 3 their MLS system of choice and are currently in the conversion and implementation process.

"Since our 100th contract was signed less than two years ago, the acceptance and integration of the Paragon platform has accelerated at an amazing rate," said Beverly Faull, SVP and general manager of Fidelity National MLS Systems and Solutions. As one of the most user-customizable systems available today, it continues to improve our MLS partners and their membership's day-to-day operations, ultimately maximizing productivity and growing business," Faull concluded.

Clients utilize the Paragon 3 platform to provide detailed and up-to-the-minute residential listings. Its easy-to-use interface is flexible and users, whether experts or novices, experience the highest level of customization for their needs. This MLS solution has the proven ability to scale, from a dozen users to an MLS organization with more than 20,000 members. In addition to providing a state-of-the-art technology solution to manage property listings, the Paragon system enables MLS organizations to further support their member brokers and agents by offering advanced tools to assist with day-to-day business needs. The most recent release incorporates powerful new marketing and contact management systems.

Complementing the online version, Paragon 3 MLS Desktop is a fully synchronized offline desktop application similar to the online version, which eliminates the need to learn a new product and allows users to take the power of the MLS wherever they go.
