RISMEDIA, Jan. 18, 2007-To strengthen the company and launch it to the next level of growth and development, Harry Norman, Realtors®, Senior Vice Presidents Martha Hayhurst and Rick Brinkman have both been promoted. Hayhurst is now senior vice president, general manager. In her new capacity, Hayhurst will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic and operational systems consistent from and in support of the vision of company President and CEO Lewis Glenn to ensure that Harry Norman, Realtors residential operations work in ways, to share useful information, promote diversity, provide growth and prosperity opportunities for agents, attain profitability goals through the professional development of Brokers, Associate Brokers and staff.
Brinkman is now senior vice president of Compliance and Franchise Growth and Development. In his new capacity will be responsible for developing and implementing operational systems to ensure compliance with real estate rules and regulations. He is also responsible for identifying potential franchise and real estate acquisition opportunities in new and existing markets.
With more than 20 years experience as a Realtor® in the metropolitan Atlanta area, the Fayette County Board of Realtors® named Hayhurst Realtor of the Year in 2000 and 2002. She was named as one the top 40 most influential Realtors® in Atlanta for the last three years by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Recipient of the inaugural President's Award for service to the Fayette Board of Realtors, past president of the Fayette County Board of Realtors® and chair or vice chair of many Georgia Association of Realtors® committees. Hayhurst holds numerous real estate designations, which include Certified Residential Broker (CRB), Leadership Training Graduate (LTG), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
Brinkman is a past president of both the Rome and the Atlanta Boards of Realtors®; he was named Realtor of the Year in 1997 by the Atlanta Board of Realtors®. Brinkman, who is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) and holds Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Residential Broker (CRB) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations, is a past President of both the Rome and the Atlanta Boards of Realtors.
