Reading Time: 1 min read

RISMEDIA, Jan. 19, 2007-NRT announced that it has named real estate veterans Larry Klapow and Rick Turley to head two newly formed Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage regions in the Bay Area.

"This move allows Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's management team to get even closer to their sales associates so that they can continue to meet all of their agents' needs and help them provide unparalleled service to their customers," said Judy Reeves, executive vice president and chief operating officer of NRT. "And in Larry and Rick, we're fortunate to have two of the area's most successful real estate executives to lead these two new regions."

Klapow, formerly senior vice president and regional manager for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, was promoted to president of the company's new San Francisco-Bay Area Region. He will oversee 16 offices and more than 1,000 sales associates who serve customers in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin and Sonoma counties.

Turley, who previously served as manager of the company's San Francisco Lakeside office, was promoted to president of the new San Francisco-Peninsula Region. He will oversee 13 offices and more than 850 sales associates serving customers in San Francisco and San Mateo counties.

Additionally, Kevin Kay, chief financial officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Northern California, was promoted to chief operating officer, overseeing company operations throughout Northern California. All three executives will report to Greg Macres, senior vice president for the Western region of NRT Incorporated.
