Halstead Property to Hold Real Estate Seminar Specially Designed for Women

RISMEDIA, Jan. 26, 2007-For women in Manhattan, Halstead Property is holding a real estate seminar targeting interested women sellers whether they are single, widowed or divorced, to relay the message "you are not alone." The event will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., taking place in Manhattan, 770 Lexington Avenue (between 60th & 61st Streets) 4th Floor, Conference Room A. In addition to Ina Torton and Lisa Snyder from Halstead Property, Ami Wellman, Esquire, Bryan W. Kishner & Associates, and Ellen Morgenthal, American Home Mortgage will be in attendance.

The specially designed seminar on selling will cover all the issues women may be concerned about and others that they may not be aware of such as:

– How do I arrive at the selling price of my apartment?
– What papers do I need to get in order?
– How can I present my apartment in the best possible light?
– What do I do first?

In a comfortable, relaxed environment, attendees will hear from other women in similar situations and get advice from experts. These representatives know how to navigate the complex world of Manhattan coops and condos, giving the support necessary for each step. With the main objective of the home and how important it is to the seller, Halstead respects that. Sharing the most effective, stress-free ways to sell your home. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a dialogue with the experts and have questions answered. With the right information, the seller can proceed to the next step that's appropriate for them.
