Advance Realty’s Agent 360 Offers User-Friendly Tools

November 19, 2007
Reading Time: 3 mins read

RISMEDIA, Nov. 20, 2007-After only two and a half weeks, Advance Realty says their new Web platform, Agent 360, has received outstanding reception. After running a free trial period, the company says that the new Web platform has been tweaked to fit the needs of agents through a direct feedback system.

Agents Francis Harker and Daniel McDevitt were among the first to send a testimonial about their experience with the new platform.

Below features an interview with Daniel McDevitt on his experience thus far with Agent 360:

What was your first reaction to Agent 360?

DM: I started hearing about it a couple of months ago little by little. So for me, I have been anticipating it for a while now. I think that it solidifies why I made the decision to work for Advance Realty because it is one more example of how innovative they are as a company.

Have you received any feedback from customers, friends or other sales professionals?

DM: Every time I would get a cold lead before I always would try to get their e-mail address and add it to a contact group in my e-mail. Every month or so I will just shoot an e-mail out to that group with a real estate related tip or something.

Once I got my site up and running I sent out an e-mail to that list talking about “The Atlas Search” feature on the site and calling it “The Most Innovative Way To Search For Properties On The Internet.” I received five e-mails back with people saying that they really liked it. One of those people was a guy that I showed one of my listings to in Timonium four months ago. He had probably received four or five other e-mails from me and at least 2-3 phone calls and never responded. However he responded to that e-mail to rave over the atlas search. We have since been communicating at least twice a week and he told me the other day that he wants to be under contract for a property by Christmas. He is pre-approved and ready to go and looking in the 350-400 range. He also told me that up until a couple of weeks ago he was talking to a couple of different agents to see who could find him what he wanted first. Now he wants to find it on his own using the atlas search because he enjoys it so much. I don’t have to break down the commission because you can figure it out on your own but after I close this deal that commission alone will pay for the site for 5 years or so.

In what ways have you differentiated your site from others?

DM: I have not even really focused on being different; I have just tried to set the site up the way that I like it. I have not even really looked at anyone else’s site just yet. I have just focused on making sure my site was up and going for now. Once I get the hang of things I will go back and fine tune everything.

What are the benefits of your Agent 360 site compared to other sites?

The e-mail drip campaign to me is a huge thing. As I said before I try to collect every cold leads e-mail address and remember to send them something out once a month. With the drip campaign, you can just enter their e-mail address, set them for what you want to be sent out and forget about them.

Also the contact management is huge. Why waste money to try and find new clients that know nothing about you when you can spend money to stay in contact with past clients that can provide you with great referrals?

What do you think about the ease of use and the convenience of the separate programs being in one all-encompassing tool?

I have a friend that is a whiz on computers that for the past 4 years I have had to call him at least once a week to ask him a question about a problem I am having on the computer. I have not had to call him once about this site; it is very user friendly and easy to understand. As far as everything being in one place that is just a bonus, it just helps cut down other expenses and wraps everything into one.
