Franchise Has What it Takes to Make Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchisee 500 List

What makes the company’s business model unique is the fact that franchisees waive the listing fee, provided the homeowner purchases another home; otherwise, the commission is determined by an agreement between the agent and the homeowner. The company adds that the low cost of the franchise-$29,000 or a low monthly payment with financing-is a bonus to entrepreneurial brokers who are ready to go out on their own.

According to the company, buyers and sellers save thousands of dollars in commission using their savings systems. It allows for competitive pricing which in turn helps reduce market time and keeps more money in the homeowner’s pocket.
