Friday’s Featured Listing – Luxury Property Marketing at Its Finest

June 19, 2008
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, June 20, 2008-LUXURY SOIRÉE will host its inaugural Denver event on Friday, June 27, 2008. Invited guests will be treated to an evening of inspired hors d’oeuvres and “vibrant” beverages while touring Zen Mansion, an exclusive property for sale at 344 Race Street in the prestigious Denver Country Club neighborhood. Proceeds from a silent auction will benefit the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS.org), a charitable organization providing peer support and assistance to surviving family members of military personnel who lost their lives in the line of duty.

According to the company, the benefit will include live music from nationally known Nashville songwriters Kent Blazy, Brett Jones, and Joanna Smith. Renowned local artist Amy Dixon and jewelry designer Chris Christmas will be on hand showcasing their work with all proceeds going to TAPS. The event begins at 7:30 p.m.

6-20featured.jpgAccording to the company, Luxury Soirée has been championed as an innovative step in top-tier luxury property marketing. Affluent guests, real estate professionals and qualified buyers will enjoy the Asian-influenced interior design and bright colors throughout the home’s open floor plan. The event’s “colorful cocktail” theme reflects the style and nature of the home. The property is an entertainer’s dream featuring a swimming pool with color-changing fiber optic lighting, built-in fireplaces, a Koi pond and waterfall. With six bedrooms, eight baths, and 8,624 square feet of living space, the home is itself a piece of art priced at $5,500,000.

If you would like to attend the event, call Ms. Soirée at 303-991-1397 or by e-mail at Ms.Soiree@LuxurySoiree.com. Admission is open compliments of Luxury Soirée, though guests must RSVP by phone or e-mail. For more information on the Zen Mansion, please contact Rollie Jordan of The Kentwood Company at Cherry Creek at 303-601-9055 or via e-mail at rolliejordan@aol.com.
