Onjax Announces New Advanced Web Services, Expands Into New Markets

RISMEDIA, Oct. 2, 2008-Onjax LLC, a provider of Web-based business solutions for real estate, announced new advanced Web services for Realtors. According to the company, Onjax has recently updated its Web front-end services for superior search engine performance. The Onjax website solution utilizes MLS listing data, comprehensive school data, and real estate “Tag Clouds,” amongst other progressive Web development techniques. The strategic use of relevant content is critical in real estate related search engine performance.

Additionally, Onjax is also now working with real estate website traffic marketing partners to drive even more real estate search traffic to the advanced IDX/lead capture solution within clients’ websites. Newly captured leads flow into the Onjax PureAgentCRM Leads Management application and then into the MyOnline Transaction System based on the Realtor’s process.

In such a competitive real estate environment, the need for driving new business, while increasing productivity and profitability has become paramount for most real estate organizations. Onjax Suite of Business Services is engineered to answer to these needs. While many solutions try to answer to just one part of the process, Onjax says that it answers to all of these by increasing online traffic, converting new business leads, supporting the sales process, and effectively managing the complex transaction.

“Onjax has made great strides to become a premier solutions provider for the real estate industry. I believe these new changes to our website offerings have helped solidify that,” said Brian LoPresto, managing partner for Onjax. “With so many cookie-cutter websites with ineffective 3rd party IDX solutions out there, we wanted to provide a comprehensive solution that offers real results, without being cost prohibitive for the typical real estate brokerage.”

Onjax has also announced several new markets for its Website IDX solutions. Onjax now services TReND MLS covering Eastern Pennsylvania, South Jersey and Delaware with the launch of its first client in that area, Exit Supreme Realty at www.exitsupremerealty.com. Onjax has also added InterMountain MLS, spanning Southern Idaho and Eastern Oregon, as well as Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors in Nevada.
