Area Pro Realty’s Fresh Business Model Is Changing the Franchising Industry

RISMEDIA, April 3, 2009-Are you a broker that has been monitoring the real estate news daily looking for any good news to rally behind? If you fit a certain criteria, the good news could be only a click away. Area Pro Realty has released a business model that allows independent brokers and franchises alike to operate a successful brokerage in any economic market. Better yet, Area Pro Realty is now searching for brokers nationwide in various markets throughout the U.S.

What type of broker is Area Pro Realty searching for? According to company President Michael Volkin, “Brokers that fit best within our business model understand that technology has taken over the industry. In today’s real estate market, obtaining clients isn’t about an agent’s knowledge of real estate or a company brand; it’s about being able to market effectively. Some top producers don’t know very much about real estate at all, but they know how to capture leads via the Internet, social networking and marketing to their sphere of influence.”

George Barlow, president of Executive Franchise Consulting claims, “This is an exciting time for brokers. Managing and training on industry technology can take up a brokers entire day.” Area Pro Realty has instituted a Central Technology Support Center (CTSC) for all their brokers and agents. The technology center takes the struggle of learning and maintaining industry technology and puts it in the hands of technology professionals, allowing agents and brokers to focus on what they do best, selling real estate.

Gene Ward is the supervisor for the CTSC. Not only is Ward a technology expert, but he was a top producing broker himself. Marston Myers of Area Pro Realty Peoples Choice claims, “This special skill set allows Gene to truly understand what real estate brokers and agents have to do to get clients and close transactions.”

Area Pro Realty, says the company, has developed a proprietary virtual office which allows an agent, and even a broker, to work entirely out of their home office, saving thousands of dollars in office expenses every month.

Another innovative concept Area Pro Realty has developed is a unique commission structure. With this commission structure, agents are not charged a percentage split and brokers are much less vulnerable to economic downturns. This commission structure allows brokers to be extremely competitive in their local market and provides agents with numerous benefits on a very small budget.

“Once brokers understand the value that Area Pro Realty offers, the entire real estate industry is going to change,” says Ward. “We have created an enormous buzz already from industry professionals. Franchising with Area Pro will allow brokers to adopt our turn-key system and operate a real estate company at a fraction of the normal cost.”
