RISMEDIA, October 5, 2009—Instanet Solutions and Advanced Real Estate Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors® (SILVAR), has announced that they have reached a long-term agreement that will provide SILVAR members and other local Realtors with access to PRDS Forms, via InstanetForms, as a member benefit.

According to the company, PRDS forms are an extensive line of Realtor created paper and online forms for residential purchase and sales transactions. These forms are available online free of charge as a member benefit to all Realtor members of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the San Mateo County Association of Realtors. The PRDS forms library is simple and easy to use, up-to-date, and prints on plain paper. PRDS forms have been available in California for over 25 years.

SILVAR joins the many other Realtor associations that have selected Instanet Solutions to provide Realtor forms via the InstanetForms online application. Approximately 350,000 Realtors currently use InstanetForms and other Instanet Solutions platform services such as DocBox™, InstanetFax™, Authentisign™ and TransactionDesk™.

“We are very excited to enter the California forms market.” says Joe Kazzoun, vice president of business and product development of Instanet Solutions. “We applaud the fact that PRDS Forms give Realtors in California a choice of forms and forms technology.”

“Choosing Instanet Solutions provides us with a solid platform for technology growth, says Mark Burns, president of the PRDS Board of Directors. “Our members will be able to access their forms anywhere and anytime, from virtually any internet connected PC or Mac. Their forms platform is excellent, and our members will have the opportunity to add other functionality such as document management, without having to go to another vendor or learn another program.”

Further information about Instanet Solutions and its products is available at http://www.instanetsolutions.com.
