RISMEDIA, April 30, 2010—International Real Estate Specialist (I.R.E.S.) (www.irescertifications.com), a division of International Marketing Society for Castles and Estates, LLC partnered with Executive Franchise Consulting Company, LLC (EFC) (www.efccompany.com) in April, 2010 in an effort to assist I.R.E.S with their strategic growth plans and expansion throughout North America.

Since 2007, I.R.E.S. has trained over 5,000 agents around the world, including independent and franchised real estate firms in the Bahamas, Bolivia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and the Virgin Islands.

The I.R.E.S certification is an exciting organization co-founded by Audree Mevellec who has set record sales around the world. The I.R.E.S. certification was created in conjunction with Castles & Estates Magazine (www.castlesandestates.com). This magazine, now on a digital version, has been designed with the sole purpose of serving our most exclusive clients and their listings around the world using the best quality and the best service. It reaches owners and buyers of primary, secondary and vacation homes all around the world. This elite group of potential clients is a powerful force in the home marketplace, and spends billions of dollars each year furnishing their residences with the most exclusive furnishings, appliances and décor products available. Castles & Estates Magazine’s highly selective distribution reaches the right targeted group, including business executives, private aircraft travelers, members of prestigious golf country clubs and the elite of many industries, such as designers, builders and Realtors.

The I.R.E.S. certification offers real estate agents the knowledge and the experience of Audree Mevellec’s success in the international and national real estate markets with the full understanding of legal, financing and economic aspects. Audree says, “Our certification deals with international clients who want to buy or sell properties in the U.S., helps U.S. clients buy or sell properties abroad, market domestic and international properties around the world, obtain legal and financing perspectives for international properties and probably most importantly helps agents obtain more local listings.”

Audree goes on to say, “we have a critical competitive edge that other designations
