New Top Producer 8i Delivers Future of Real Estate Connectivity Today

RISMEDIA, June 18, 2010—Top Producer Systems, operated by Move, Inc. announced the highly anticipated next generation release of Top Producer 8i, a Web enabled product suite for agents now featuring social media integration and live market data feeds. Key features in this newest release include the ability to capture updates, status changes and direct postings from Facebook and Twitter directly into Top Producer 8i’s contact, calendar and outreach programs.

According to the company, as a result, real estate professionals can now maintain a greater-level of instant social media interaction with new, potential and previous clients actively searching the real estate market for information and trends.

Other key features of this newest version of Top Producer 8i include the ability to prequalify leads, integrate market snapshots into contact records and build leads using the concise contact summary screen feature. In addition, the newly updated ‘Things to Talk About’ feature now enables agents to instantly display relevant neighborhood details such as listings and sold information based on the addresses of potential buyers and sellers in their contact system, thereby providing opportunities for conversations between agents and potential clients about local market conditions.

This newest edition of Top Producer 8i integrates seamlessly with other Top Producer products such as Market Snapshot, providing automatic, accurate, up-to-the-minute MLS reports that agents use to answers consumer questions about buying and selling trends; Top Producer Market Builder, a real estate farming program that combines high impact direct mail with an automated system for capturing and following prospects; Top Producer Websites, which offer agents a custom, attractive online presence where they can showcase their expertise; and Top Producer IDX, loaded with powerful lead generation tools and search services that can turn anonymous website traffic into clients.
