McKinnon has been teaching sales and management for over 45 years. A California real estate broker for 40 years now based in Texas, McKinnon has sold real estate, owned and managed portions of five real estate companies, has been a franchisor, a corporate manager and director and he was one of the first regional owners for Century 21 in California. For the last 12 years, he has been a personal development coach to top agent teams, businesses and regions. Most recently, he has been instrumental in coaching and mentoring the top regional leadership for EXIT Realty.
