Virtual Tour Company Sees Rapid Expansion as Real Estate Market Rebounds

RISMEDIA, February 23, 2011—Virtual Tour company VirtualTourCafe.com has already seen tremendous growth in 2011 with many thanks to the housing market, says Tim Denbo, President/CEO. According to the National Association of REALTORS®, in 2010, home sales “jumped 15.4% in the fourth quarter to an annual rate of 4.8 million units compared with 4.16 million a quarter earlier.”

After spending more than 20 years in sales and marketing, and several more years as a real estate agent, Denbo had the opportunity to research and use many virtual tour and real estate marketing services. Virtual tour services were either too expensive, too difficult, or not using the latest technology. Recognizing an opportunity to improve these services, Denbo took a leap of faith.

Since launching VirtualTourCafe.com at the National Association of REALTORS® Convention and Expo last year, VirtualTourCafe has gained recognition and praise amongst top producing real estate agents from coast to coast and into Canada. “Our client list includes agents from Coldwell Banker, RE/MAX, Prudential, Keller Williams, ERA, Century 21 and Weichert, among others,” said Denbo.

“I recently switched to VirtualTourCafe after using my previous visual tour company for over 3 ½ years,” said Mark A. Rusnak, RE/MAX Allegiance, Virginia Beach, V.A. “This decision was easy, based on their state of the art technology, and attention to customer satisfaction.”

VirtualTourCafe is an online real estate marketing service that offers real estate agents and brokers an easy-to-use and inexpensive Do-It-Yourself virtual tour software program. The online service automates the creation, distribution and syndication of real estate virtual tours to get more leads for an agent and to help homeowners sell their homes faster.

According to the company, VirtualTourCafe.com helps agents and brokers by offering them more flexibility to take advantage of social media integration. High definition full-screen virtual tours, YouTube-Style video, mobile phone support and Craigslist-Style e-flyers, are all created with just a few simple clicks of the mouse. VirtualTourCafe was built by real estate professionals for real estate professionals.

VirtualTourCafe, LLC is based in Dublin, California and was co-founded by Timothy Denbo and Hannele Rinta-Tuuri. The business is a limited liability company and has an advisory board comprised of professionals in the real estate, technology and marketing fields. VirtualTourCafe continually donates a minimum of 10% of all net profits to charity.
