RISMEDIA, April 21, 2011—Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations, announced that Century 21 China will host a meeting for members of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) during their trade mission to China.
Century 21 China Chairman & CEO Donald Zhang and Vice Chairman and President Harry Lu will greet the members of AREAA, a non-profit professional trade organization dedicated to promoting sustainable homeownership opportunities in Asian American communities by creating a powerful national voice for housing and real estate professionals that serve this dynamic market. Zhang and Lu will welcome the organization to discuss initiatives for Century 21 China and current real estate trends in the country.

Leading the delegation is Kenneth Li, the 2011 chairman of the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Li is a broker and president of Century 21 South West in Houston, Texas. Among other AREAA members, he will be joined by Nancy Suvarnamani, president of Century 21 S.G.R. in Chicago, Illinois, and Tanya Reu, senior vice president of human resources for the Realogy Franchise Group. Li will speak on behalf of the AREAA organization and lead discussions about a collaboration between Century 21 China and AREAA to expand the network and increase the volume of real estate business conducted between China and the United States.
