RISMEDIA, May 3, 2011—Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, Inc., a Prudential Financial, Inc. company, recently announced the affiliation of Coldwell Banker South Central Realty. The company will operate as Prudential Indiana Realty, serving consumers in the Jackson and Bartholomew counties.

Prudential Indiana Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage founded in 1986 by Lonn and Cheryl Stuckwish, operates two offices with more than 70 sales professionals and staff. The company is a force in local real estate, opening an office first in Seymour, next expanding into Columbus, and then along the I-65 corridor of South Central Indiana. It has been Jackson County’s No. 1 real estate brokerage since 1991, and was recognized by RISMedia as one of the nation’s top 500 real estate firms.

In addition to its new affiliation, Prudential Indiana Realty entered into an exclusive marketing alliance with Indianapolis-based Prudential Indiana Realty Group. Prudential Indiana Realty Owner Lonn Stuckwish comments, “The alliance will allow both companies to leverage the Prudential Real Estate Brand and share resources for greater efficiency.”

Clients can count on the same quality service, Lonn Stuckwish adds. “Our company’s 25-year commitment to the community remains a No. 1 priority. We believe being locally owned and operated allows us to provide a much higher level of support to our agents and customers alike.”

Broker/Owner Cheryl Stuckwish said they affiliated with Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services since it was the best fit for their company’s future. “Prudential offers global brand strength and vision and values that are closely aligned with our own. We also will capitalize on Prudential Real Estate’s technology platform, which will extend the reach, influence and efficiency of our sales team.”

Customers and the company alike will benefit from Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services’ Online Advantage lead-generation and customer contact system, and from its sizeable presence on Internet search sites. Prudential Indiana Realty’s sales team can also enhance its skills through Prudential Real Estate’s LearnCenter education portal, which provides professionals 24/7 access to a large array of professional development opportunities and options, Cheryl Stuckwish adds.

Earl Lee, president of Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services, welcomes Prudential Indiana Realty to the Network. “Cheryl and Lonn Stuckwish and their team work hard for their customers and have earned a solid reputation for service. They are a strong addition to our Network and will allow even more consumers to experience the exceptional service that South Central Indiana expects from the Prudential Brand.”
