RISMEDIA, July 25, 2011— 12, 2011, RE/MAX Properties, Inc. hosted author and radio host Greg Rand at their Summer Sales Rally at Flying W Ranch. Rand presented his ideas for working with investors as showcased in his book “Crash Boom” and on his OwnAmerica.com website to the 180 agents in attendance. RE/MAX Properties, Inc. then hosted a focus group luncheon at the Garden of the Gods club where Rand and the attendees discussed ways to reach the investor community and lending options for investment properties. Within three days, 31 agents had signed up to get certified through OwnAmerica.com.
Although the course is online and self-paced, RE/MAX Properties, Inc. held an in-office training where their agents could go through the modules together and share ideas. Broker Owner Joe Clement says “This is a real paradigm shift for some of our agents. They are finding ways to maximize the market.”
