At a meeting held recently at the Craftsman Inn in Fayetteville, N.Y., HUNT Real Estate ERA announced plans to open a new “Super Branch”—The Workplace for the Real Estate Professional Elite. To create this Super Branch, the existing HUNT offices in Dewitt and Fayetteville will be combined into one elite office, and outfitted with the latest technology tools and resources available, according to the company. This office will be housed in the existing Dewitt branch location at 6849 East Genesee Street. HUNT’s intent is to establish a “model” for the present and future of HUNT Real Estate and to further position the company as the destination broker for leading industry professionals in the marketplace.

“This unprecedented move to create a super branch in Central New York is something we have successfully done in other markets,” said Peter F. Hunt, Chairman and CEO of HUNT Real Estate ERA. “It is a move towards a new and exciting workplace environment, and a chance for our agents and those wishing to join us to work among like-minded, hard-working people who are committed to being masters of their profession,” Hunt continued.

The result of combining the Dewitt and Fayetteville offices is the creation of a high-producing branch. The new Dewitt-Fayetteville office will be led by Tim Cassavaw, a Broker Consultant with HUNT who has over 19 years of real estate sales and leadership experience. Melody Eldred, a Business Development Manager for HUNT, will assist Tim in the areas of recruiting and coaching, and three Administrative Assistants will provide agent and office support in the areas of transaction management, marketing and other administrative duties.

Over the next few months, the office will receive renovations and updates in the way of interior design, layout and equipment, and the result will be a high-functioning, fully equipped facility to be able to accommodate a growing group of dynamic real estate professionals.
