Howard Hanna Senior Vice President of Branchising & Licensing Ron Dishler announced recently that Tom Schoeller has joined the company’s Branchise Division. As senior vice president, Schoeller’s main focus is to expand the company’s footprint by growing the Howard Hanna real estate brand through branchising, mergers and acquisitions in the Eastern United States.
Schoeller will work to identify pathways to relationships with real estate brokerage firm’s owners leading to long term ‘branchise’ agreements with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services. “Tom’s background is outstanding,” says Chairman and CEO Howard W. “Hoddy” Hanna, III. “He brings more than 15 years of experience in franchise sales, mergers and acquisitions to expand the Howard Hanna brand.”
Previously Schoeller was with Realogy Corporation, parent company of Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Sotheby’s International Realty and Better Homes & Gardens real estate brands for 12 years. Most recently he was with United Country Real Estate Northeast. Tom’s record of success includes over 150 successful franchise conversions in his career.
