Regional Spotlight—Elizabeth L. Perez, assistant district sales manager and broker associate of The Keyes Company, Luxury Portfolio, recently was installed as the 2013 president of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®’ (WCR) Miami-Dade Chapter, in a ceremony held at the Coral Gables Country Club on December 13, 2012, the organization has announced.
The Miami-Dade Chapter is a 50-member professional real estate group affiliated with the WCR, a national professional development organization with 19,000 members.
According to WCR, Perez will serve a one-year term as president and will be responsible for the following: presiding at Governing Board and Chapter meetings, appoint all committee members, and conduct monthly events and fundraisers. Perez has been active in WCR for the past four years and has held positions of treasurer and president-elect. Perez has been a REALTOR® since 1998.
The focus for the year will be “Unmask Your Potential with WCR in 2013!” According to WCR, Perez’ favorite quotes are, “It’s all about Trust;” “It’s all about you and your real estate needs” and “Coming together is a beginning.
