Beyond ‘White Label’: Real Estate Firms Use New Imprev Marketing Platform to Build Specialized Marketing Centers

“Our new Marketing Center clearly enhances each of our offices’ ability to provide ‘real value’ to our sales people in a critical area that is both difficult and expensive for the individual agent to adequately develop on their own and, at the same time, provides another invaluable tool to assist the brokerage in attracting top local talent,” says Sutton Group-Summit Realty Inc. owner Brian Maguire.

He says Sutton’s business model puts the individual agent, not the company, at the center of the transaction.

“Providing our agents with the most advanced and fully mobile Marketing Center technology is a competitive necessity and a natural fit with our mission,” Maguire adds.

Start-up real estate brokerage ONE Sarasota Realty Group needed an affordable way to produce Madison Avenue-quality marketing and promotional materials, explained founders Sara Boudarga and Debbie Gonzalez, who launched the firm in December.

“We aggressively use online, mobile, social and traditional media to market properties and our company,” Boudarga says. “Having one place where we can create beautiful and high-impact marketing material that would cost tens of thousands of dollars if we had to hire an ad agency, and to be able to distribute it easily to every channel—Facebook, Twitter, Realtor.com—is just better business.”
